Privacy Policy

Short version: Soccermore has no accounts and no server database. Everything you enter stays in your own browser. We don't collect, sell or share your data.

What you enter

Team names, player names and numbers, and lineups are saved only in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB, or localStorage if IndexedDB isn't available) on your device. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. We can't see it, recover it or delete it for you.

Accounts, cookies and tracking

There is no sign-up or login. Soccermore doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The browser storage described above is used only to save your teams and to remember the last team and lineup you had open.

Export and import

When you export, a .json file is created on your device and downloaded by your browser. When you import, the file is read inside your browser. Files are never uploaded. Where you keep or share exported files is up to you; they contain the team and player names you entered.

Third-party services

Web hosting: Soccermore is hosted for free by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) when delivering these pages. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
jsDelivr CDN: page styles and icons (Bootstrap) are loaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net, which receives your IP address and browser information when delivering those files. See the jsDelivr privacy policy.
Venmo: the donation button is a plain link to Venmo. Nothing is shared with Venmo unless you click it, and anything you do there is covered by Venmo's own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Delete a team from the team menu, or clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove everything. Private/incognito windows remove it automatically when closed. Export your teams first if you want to keep a copy.

Children's privacy

Soccermore is a tool for coaches and isn't directed at children. Player names you enter stay on your device and aren't collected by us. If you prefer, you can use first names, initials or jersey numbers only.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
